About Bucs Pass
A simple classroom restroom line.
Bucs Pass is a classroom tool used by students taught by Mr. Monsky at Buchanan Middle School. It gives students one clear place to join the restroom line and see when it is their turn.
Limited access
Only students on the teacher’s roster can check in, and they can join only during a class period in which they have that teacher. The management dashboard requires the teacher passcode.
No commercial content
Bucs Pass has no advertising, purchases, public posting, chat, or social-media features. It is not used to sell student data or build advertising profiles.
Scope and status
Built for one teacher’s classroom
This is a teacher-created classroom tool, not an official HCPS district system unless the district designates it as one. It is intended for routine classroom operations and is not an emergency service, a medical record, or an automated disciplinary system.
The public live board is deliberately limited: it shows a student’s first name, place in line, and current turn time. It does not show student IDs or last names.

Students, families, and HCPS staff can use the school’s normal communication channels to ask about the site, request a correction, or report a privacy or security concern.
